Daycare Atlas is a free, independent map of state-licensed child care built from official open data. By using it you agree to these terms.

The information

• Provider details come from state licensing records and are shown as the state publishes them. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. We don't verify them.
• A listing is not an endorsement, and licensed capacity is not availability. Always check a provider's current license and inspection history with the state and visit in person before enrolling.
• Daycare Atlas is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any state agency or provider.
• The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made using it.

Google Maps content

The optional Look up on Google feature shows content from Google Maps. By using it you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy, both incorporated here by reference. Google's ratings and reviews come from Google users; they are not a state inspection or a Daycare Atlas assessment.

Map data

Map tiles are provided by Esri and its partners; approximate pin locations for some providers come from the US Census Bureau geocoder.
